How long does it take to complete a order? (Excluded Shipping)

For frame and explosion box order, we need 10 working days. (3-7 days design and finalization,1-3 days post the parcel).

Other customized order such as calligraphy card depends on the quantity of your order. For small quantity 6 working days (1-3 days complete order,1-3 days post the parcel).For large quantity, 10 working days needed (4-7 days complete order, 1-3 days post the parcel).

SUGGESTION: Place your order at least 2 weeks before!

Can order be modified after it's complete?

Yes, two opportunity is give. Please inform us your preferable amendments all in once. For third modification, there will be extra charges.

For hand-drawn portrait order, the drawing will be painted by brush pens and cannot be modified after coloring. Therefore, the draft and amendments will be given before coloring. After painting, modifications are not allowed.

Do you accept rush order?

Yes we do! Order within 3 days is counted as rush order and extra fee of 20% price of the product will be charged.

Do you offer discount for buying more?

Yes! There is discounted price for more quantity orders. For returning customers, please remember to redeem your 10% discount on your next purchases.

Each drawing is illustrated in personal art style,hence it might not be 100% resemble to original photo.
The drawing will be used at our discretion. If you don't wish so, please do inform us in advanced.
Paper crafts are handmade with minor imperfections, please take note before placing order.
Full payment is required upon confirmation. Work will only start after payment is received.
No refund or cancellation once payment is made.
